Up for a Challenge? I Know I Am.

One of my friends is embarking on a Whole30 challenge currently (something I’m hoping she’ll blog about and post here soon!) and I’ve seen a ton of Groupons lately for Boot Camps and fitness class packs. I’m also working my way through a smoothie “challenge” right now – although there’s not much of a challenge to it, because it’s pretty easy to commit to delicious fruits every day.
What I’m getting to is that there are a lot of different ways you can challenge your body – be they training for a race, trying a cleansing diet, doing extreme workouts, or just engaging in an activity you’re not used to doing regularly.
Maybe it’s because it’s so nice outside and I’m just filled with a feeling that I can conquer the world, but I’m looking to engage in some challenges, dangnabit!
Ever want to try an intense exercise regimen but you’re totally afraid to start? Think you can live off kale, but you keep putting if off until tomorrow because you’d like to see a review for it first? Now’s your chance. Send me your challenges (within reason, I’m not doing the Master Cleanse because that’s not healthy for anyone, yadda yadda) and I will take them on.
Post your challenges to Twitter, Facebook, comment here, email me. Whatever’s clever. Bring it on!
