A few weeks ago, I picked up a 5 pound supply of blueberries from the lovely people at Tree-Ripe. I have plans to turn most of the supply into jam in the next week or so, but until that time, I had to freeze them to keep them nice and tasty.
Once in a while, you find out about a food trick that’s a total gamechanger. Food hacks have been showing up more frequently on websites like Buzzfeed, helping us all realize an easy trick that we should have found out years ago, much to our dismay.
