It’s 19 days until my wedding, and I’m still not feeling quite my best. I’ve been doing boot camp about 3 days per week, I eat very healthy and drink very little (well, not including my bachelorette party), but I still feel like I need more shoves in the right direction to get me to the finish line confidently for my wedding day. So, what is my plan for liking how I look in wedding pictures? I’m going to engage in the Simple Green Smoothies July Challenge.
I have done some programs tied with Simple Green Smoothies in the past (and even blogged about them) and have really loved the results and their point of view. The ladies behind Simple Green Smoothies don’t want people to starve, or only have smoothies for meals and nothing else. They just want people participating to have one of their smoothies every day and see the positive health effects of choosing something really healthy. Who can’t get behind that?
The website has offered paid plans in the past, but they also have live plans with free recipes from time to time. This July, they are offering a month of free recipes, with an option to print out handy recipe cards for a $5 download fee. Either way you do it, it’s a bargain. I’ll be starting these on July 1st and writing about favorite recipes along the way. I’ll also likely be doing another program alongside it to be as healthy as I can before the big day.
