I do feel like a broken record saying that it’s been too long since the last episode, but this time I mean it – I’ve got 7 great episodes coming up for all of you, and I can’t wait until you hear them! Between launching the bundle and working on some other content for another site, it hasn’t been easy lately to prioritize these episodes the way I should, but my lovely guests do deserve the time and attention I put into listening back to the episodes, pulling out nuggets, and summarizing properly, which brings me to my next guest – Jess Marie Larrain of The Meraki Method.
Quickly into the interview, I realized we had quite a few things in common – We both had issues with dairy early on, but the difference was that she tuned in to that earlier than I did. I love that her personal IG handle is @oldsoulopenheart – it makes a lot of sense!
We’ve both spent time listening to our bodies and evaluating our individual needs, both dietary and spiritual. In this episode, you’ll hear Jess Marie cover her first attempt at veganism, and the resource that helped her succeed the second time – The Vegan Starter Kit.
One thing led to another from there, and she found social media accounts to follow, more research to do, and more products to look into. Much of her motivation to go vegan came from her commitment to all eight limbs of yoga, and she is a yoga and Qigong teacher specializing in practices for trauma and addiction recovery.
Jess Marie is also a Sacred Spaceholder and a Digital Presence Consultant, which she lays out in the interview as well. You can learn more about how she can support your business on her website.
Thank you to the loyal listeners who kept asking when the next episode was coming out. See you all again next week!
