This week’s guest – Erin Elizabeth Downing

My guest this week is Erin Elizabeth Downing. She’s a coach with a vegan and gluten-free diet. We talk a lot about what our bodies tell us before we even realize it, and our personal struggles with getting healthy.
If you’ve got thyroid issues, this is definitely an episode you don’t want to miss. We also cover some information on Hashimoto’s, SIBO, Low-FODMAP diets, what we love baking, and lots lots more.
I know this is the meatiest episode we’ve done so far, and I had to cut us off after 90 minutes, but you’re going to get a lot out of it, I hope. I think one of the most important things to come out of this episode is how meaningful it can be to have people to connect with who have been through the same struggles you have.
