I’m always on the lookout for new products that promote a healthy gut, and on a recent trip to the grocery store, I started eyeing up KeVita Probiotic Drinks. They looked pretty good to me: Low-calorie, sweetened with stevia, different probiotic strains than what I could get in pills, so it seemed like a really wise purchase.
I’ve been trying to drink about a half a bottle each day, and so far I think it’s making me feel pretty good. It will probably take a few weeks to be sure of what benefits I reap from these products, but they’re tasty and pretty healthy, so they’re definitely not a detriment.
I’ve tried lemon ginger, coconut, mango coconut, and strawberry acai coconut so far. I love the coconut line and I’d say my favorite so far is the mango coconut. They also have “cleanse” bottles that are offered at Whole Foods. Those sound a little extreme to me, so I’ll probably just stick to the normal probiotic drinks.
