This cherry berry smoothie is tart and tangy, with just a little creaminess from the bananas. Make sure at least one of the fruits you use is frozen – I used frozen cherries and blueberries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2 bananas
Directions
Put the water and spinach in the blender, blend for 10-15 seconds just to bring down the spinach a bit. Add the rest of the fruit and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 2 big smoothies.
What kind of fruits do you like in your smoothies?
