Description
Most of the ingredients I use in my teas come from Mountain Rose Herbs. I’d highly recommend them. Frontier Co-Op is another great source. Or, better yet, if you have a place that sells herbs like this in your own backyard, order from them! In Milwaukee, I’d recommend Tippecanoe Herbs. When I checked earlier in 2020, their online store wasn’t as robust as it is now, so the next time I need herbs, I’m going to be checking there first.
The recipe is simple. Take the ingredients I have listed below in the amounts provided (or scale up or down accordingly), mix well, and taste. Depending on what you like, you may want to scale up or down certain ingredients, and guess what! You can do that! That’s the beauty of making your own tea. Here’s the combination that made the mix just right for me.

- 1/2 cup lemongrass
